The GRC Network has partnered with Risk Shapes to present a virtual workshop to understand the new prudential regime for investment firms. With only a few weeks away, the event will explore the new requirements to assist firms in preparing for the final days for IFPR. It will also explore how it impacts investment firms and how Risk and Compliance professionals adapt to the regulator’s shifting mindset to harm.
The event will touch on the following:
• Understanding the new regime – what are the key messages?
• What are the “K factors”?
• The transition from ICAAP to ICARA
• Remuneration and Governance Requirements – Practical challenges & consideration
The workshop will be given by Simon Tweddle, who founded Risk Shapes in 2015. Risk Shapes is a small consultancy firm that helps clients in the payments, e-money, and investment firm sectors with their risk management challenges. Simon started his career as a trader in the 90s.
